Middles is one of
Northern Europe's best windsurfing wave spots.
The seabed is limestone which provides a constant seabed which contributes to
the good conditions.
The waves are often “logo” high.
Be aware that there are rocks in the water close to the shore and strong
currents when the waves are big.
The best wind
directions are southwest over west to northwest.

forecast, Middles will be very crowded.
